Titan Logix Corp. Announces Management Change
Edmonton, Alberta, September 28, 2018 – Titan Logix Corp., (TSX Venture: TLA) (“Titan” or the “Company”), is a high technology company specializing in Fluid management Solutions. Today, the Company is announcing a restructuring initiative to facilitate its evolution from a Fluid Management provider to a business control solution provider. Therefore, the Company is changing its management structure. In keeping with that we announce the departure of Greg McGillis, Titan’s Chief Technology Officer. The board and management thank Greg for his contributions to the Company. Alvin Pyke, P.Eng. CEO will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer and will guide the transition. The Company is intensifying its focus in higher growth areas while making the Company more efficient.
