Visi-OIL
Titan Logix’s new Visi-Oil Tank Management System is designed to provide the Oil and Gas Industry with a rugged, reliable and exceptionally cost effective solution for the monitoring and management of stationary tanks.

The Visi-OIL probes are intrinsically safe, can be installed in hazardous locations. The highly durable probes are compatible with H2S, CO2, Crude Oil, Salt water and a variety of other oil field fluids.

Visi-OIL probes are easily installed in virtually any tank due to their innovative mounting design. Basic installation is via a ½” bolt hole allowing for retrofitting into any existing tank with a bolted flange “Thief Hatch” or man way with little to no modification.

The Visi-OIL system is very low power and will accept a range of input voltages allowing it to be run on site power or battery with solar depending on the need and application.

The Visi-OIL product line includes display, data collection, communication and control components that allow both onsite and remote personnel to view tank levels at a glance along with alarm condition indication and options for overfill prevention.

Even the most remote locations are not an obstacle for the Titan Visi-OIL system as satellite based communications options ensure data can be collected from virtually anywhere. 

 Visi-OIL Float System

 

The unique float design allows the system to be used in very viscous fluids without the worry of getting “hung up” by buildup of material on the probe below or above the float.

ITX-MAG-BLD is a blind tank gauge interface which provides an IS Barrier and a 4-20mA output to connect to existing PLC’s and compatible HMI’s and Displays via RS485. It will run on 8-32VDC with max draw of only 25mA. The device carries a Class I Div 2 rating.

ITX-MAG-TSL is an intelligent tank gauge interface with a touchscreen display that provides visual indications of levels and alarms as well as contacts for overfill protection and other onsite controls.

ITX-MAG-WBL is the wireless version of the blind tank gauge interface which connects to the ITX-MAG-LDW via 2.4GHz ISM band wireless. The device carries a Class I Div 2 rating.

ITX-MAG-LDW is a multi-tank gauge interface with a display that can connect up to 4 ITX-MAG-WBLs and provide onscreen data about each. Volume can be displayed in cm, M3 or barrels. There are also indicators for wireless connection status and battery / solar power status. System can be run on wired power, battery or solar / battery.

STX-MAG probes can be made for any size tank from 4’ up to 45’, they use a single specially designed oversize float that will work in virtually any fluid regardless of viscosity. The probes are intrinsically safe and can be mounted in hazardous environments (I.S. Sensor, Class I, Div 1 Groups C&D/ Zone 0 Groups IIB).

CTX-MAG-SAT is a simplex satellite gateway device that can connect to an ITX-MAG-LDW master display controller and transmit the data to a web service allowing remote monitoring of the tanks being gauged. It also allows for email/SMS messaging of alarm conditions based on your requirements.
