Grant has been a Director of Titan Logix Corp. since June 2016. He served as a corporate vice president of The InterTech Group, Inc. for 30 years, and has merger and acquisition, corporate finance, and strategic planning experience.
He is the former CEO of Circa Enterprises Inc., where he was responsible for corporate leadership and direction of Circa Enterprises Inc.
Grant is also the former President of PBI Performance Products Inc., a South Carolina-based material science company engaged in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of high-performance polymers. In addition, he previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Galvanic Applied Sciences, Inc., a publicly traded company involved in the design, manufacturing, and selling of instrumentation equipment in the natural gas, industrial liquids, and sulfur-processing markets.
Grant graduated from the Terry Business School at the University of Georgia in 1978.

Director of Titan since November 2019, Victor is a Professional Engineer with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Saskatchewan. As a technology entrepreneur, he brings 25 years of experience in applied computer technologies.
Victor is the CEO and a Director of CoreData, Vice-Chair of Alberta IoT Association, and CTO and Co-Founder of LevellingUp.
For 19 years, CoreData has helped clients use robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) to automate their business and operational processes.
The Alberta IoT Association is a not-for-profit consisting of organizations with a vested interest in the success of the Internet of Things in the province of Alberta.
LevellingUp is a leadership skill-sharing community, in which battle-tested sages pass their wisdom to the next generation of exceptional leaders.

As a Director of Titan since June 2016, Helen was one of the founding shareholders of Galvanic Applied Sciences, assisting with the company’s formation in 1995.
She has served in several key roles, first as Galvanic’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. From August 2010 to March 2014, she was the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, Helen held senior positions in both public and private oil and gas companies. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Accountant (Price Waterhouse), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Business Administration degree from the University of Windsor, Ontario, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta.

A Director of Titan since November 2021, Robert is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Electrical Engineering in 1986, and with an MBA from York University in 1993. Robert is a passionate and visionary senior leader with a strong track record of building successful businesses and transforming organizations.
Robert is the President and CEO of TransRail Innovation Group (TRIG). TRIG is a technology company that offers a full suite of digital technologies, engineering, and process support to help rail shippers and terminal operators transform their operations and embrace the new world. TRIG’s mission is to enable the digital transformation of rail.
He is the former President and CEO of TRTech, a not-for-profit technology commercialization company whose mission is to grow industry through information and communication technology (ICT) innovation. Prior to TRTech, Robert worked for over 10 years at TELUS Communications Inc. in several Vice President and Senior Vice President roles. Prior to TELUS, he also worked for Bell Canada, Nortel, and Stentor.
