How do the TrueFill PRO and LCR.iQ connect?
Titan’s probe feeds a TD100R transmitter and the FINCH III. The FINCH III links to the LCR.iQ register over RS-232 or RS-485 serial, and the register’s inventory and declining balance run off the live measured volume. Requires FINCH III v2.9.11 or later and LCR.iQ v1.8.x or later.
In fuel delivery, what measures the volume?
The Liquid Controls flow meter measures the delivered volume and the register tickets it. Titan provides verified compartment volume on the tank side.
In collection, what measures the volume?
If there is no flow meter in the line, the start-to-stop level difference captured by the FINCH III is the collected volume, measured by radar. The register books and tickets it.
Do I need an LC register to use TrueFill PRO?
No. TrueFill PRO works on its own for continuous measurement, overfill protection, and retained product measurement. The LCR.iQ connection is an optional upgrade that adds automated ticketing and inventory records.
Is this available on Core or Guard?
The LCR.iQ integration is available with TrueFill PRO.
Does Titan provide custody transfer?
No. The LCR.iQ provides the custody transfer record. Titan provides the verified measurement behind it, plus overfill prevention.
Does Titan prevent overfills?
Yes. Terminal rack control stops the load at the rack, and in-field pump shutdown stops the transfer at the truck. Both are Titan’s own and protect the truck with or without the register connected.
